Wally Darling
Managing Partner and Owner
Wally Darling is the Managing Partner and Owner of Darling Financial Group, a Colorado-based financial planning firm established in 2008. Darling served 12 years with the US Army Cavalry, prior to starting his professional career. For the first 15 years of his career, Wally worked in the banking industry serving personal and commercial clients. In 2008, he expanded his financial services to include Life Insurance, Annuities, and Comprehensive Retirement Planning. Wally specializes in tax minimization, downside market risk management, comprehensive retirement planning, and wealth transfer, supported by a diverse team of licensed experts. Wally is a proud father of six children and five grandchildren and enjoys concert piano, golf, and fly fishing.
Rebecca Crowley
Chief Operating Officer and Insurance Agent
Rebecca Jo Crowley, Chief Operating Officer of the Darling Financial Group, manages the company’s daily operations. She is a licensed insurance agent specializing in helping clients with financial planning. Rebecca uses her caring attitude and passion for education to help mediate and build long-term, service-driven relationships with multiple companies and clients. She uses her flexibility to conduct extensive research on behalf of her clients to meet their unique financial goals. Rebecca loves helping people realize their goals and guiding them toward a clear, safe path to get there. Rebecca enjoys gardening, cooking, and creating watercolor paintings. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Rebecca Jo Crowley wears many “hats” at Darling Financial Group (formerly Lakewood Hills Investments). As the Chief Operating Officer, she manages the day-to-day operations of the company. Rebecca is also a licensed insurance agent who specializes in helping both men and women with their financial planning. With a passion for educating and assisting others, Rebecca works to build long-term, service-driven relationships. She leverages her caring attitude to mediate between over 25 different companies and her clients. Rebecca is not tied to just one company or product, allowing her the flexibility to conduct extensive research on behalf of her clients to meet their unique financial goals. Chief Marketing Officer and Insurance Agent
Sunshine brings over 18 years of experience in marketing and event planning. She has also been a licensed producer for four years. Sunshine is responsible for monitoring and tracking all office processes, from initial client contact to ensuring that all contracts are submitted and processed efficiently and on time. Additionally, she organizes and coordinates seminars and client events both in and out of the office. Sunshine is married and a mother to a young son. In her free time, she enjoys camping, rock climbing, and spending quality time with family and friends.
